Shipping Information

TrophyKits ships across the continental US and Hawaii/Alaska. We ship to many countries outside the US as well.
Our shopping cart will automatically connect with shipping carriers to quote your shipping costs based on your address/location and the weight of items in your shopping cart. Shipping rates will be shown before you enter any payment information. There, you will also see expected delivery dates, and optional Rush Production services, which move your order through production faster.

Quite often we hear from customers who are concerned about the delivery time of their order. We want you to know that we act fast to get your order out of the door and on its way. Our turn-around time is usually less than your local trophy shop. ***We are unable to ship on weekends and holidays.
When your order ships, you will receive an automated e-mail with the shipping details including the tracking number with a link to track your package progress.

• Free Shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes and outside US addresses. Free shipping is available for website orders over $99.00 placed at regular prices, in applicable locations. Shipping service selection will be at Trophy kits discretion.
  International orders are not eligible for free shipping, but large order international customers are welcome to contact us regarding special discounts to offset shipping costs.

• Shipping Services We currently offer various UPS services. We do not currently offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Options that are available to your destination will be shown during the checkout process. (NOTE - We currently offer limited USPS (Postal) Service shipping for small orders in the US only. Some customers will not see this option)


• Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Our system will connects with shipping carriers in real time to get quotes based on the items in your shopping cart. You will have a chance to review these options, and make a selection, prior to final payment.


• Delivery Dates Expected delivery dates will be displayed during the checkout process. Our system estimates delivery dates based on time in transit, lead (production) time, the size of your order, and options you choose such as a proof. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we typically meet these dates and in many cases deliver before the ectimated date shown.


• Rush Production Service "Production" is the period it takes to move your order through the process of fulfillment and get it shipped on it's way. We have several rush production options that may be shown during checkout. These upgrade options are automatically calculated and offered on the shipping options screen. This will speed up the production time of your order, basically moving you up in the production queue. Often this is a lower cost than rush shipping options. Clicking the Rush option button will load the fee into your shopping cart and automatically reduce your "expected by" dates. You can remove the rush production service once added, just click the button shown.
